HOW MUCH IS YOUR APPLICATION AND ADMIN FEE?

At Amavida Marana Apartments each future resident that is 18 years of age or older will need to complete an online application and sign the lease agreement. Our application fee is $55 per person and our administrative fee is $225.


WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

At Amavida Marana the security deposit is based on the credit screening of all applicants combined. The security deposit cost starts as low as $500 based on approved credit.


DOES MY ROOMMATE ALSO NEED TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND SIGN A LEASE?

At Amavida Marana each future resident that is 18 years of age or older will need to complete an online application and sign the lease agreement.


CAN MY ROOMMATE AND I PAY THE RENT SEPARATELY?

Unfortunately, residents at Amavida Marana cannot make partial payments. We kindly ask that rent is paid in full and paid online through our resident portal.


WHAT UTILITIES AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR?

At Amavida Marana Apartments residents will be conveniently billed through a 3rd party billing company for their monthly for water, sewer and trash. Residents will be responsible for their own electric account with Tucson Electric Power.


WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR CABLE AND INTERNET?

Residents at Amavida Marana Apartments enjoy the convenience of having their apartment home set-up with Comcast high speed internet and can also choose other services provided by Comcast such as, cable tv and phone service.


DO YOU HAVE SMART HOME TECHNOLOGY?

At Amavida Marana Apartments, all our homes are equipped with digital smart thermostats for an enhanced living experience.


DO I NEED A SMARTPHONE TO LIVE AT AMAVIDA MARANA APARTMENTS?

Residents at Amavida Marana Apartments are not required to utilize a smartphone to enjoy life in our community. Our brand-new apartments offer smart home features in every apartment that would require use of a mobile device should our residents opt to use them.


IS THIS A SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY?

Amavida Marana is a smoke-free community creating a cleaner environment for all our residents to enjoy.


IS YOUR HOME ENERGY EFFICIENT?

The Amavida Marana Apartments all our homes were designed to be energy-efficient with dual-pained windows and high-quality insulation, helping you save on utility costs while reducing your environmental footprint.


DO YOU HAVE WASHERS AND DRYERS IN THE HOME?

Each apartment home at Amavida Marana Apartments boasts a top of the line, full size, high efficiency washer and dryer for your convenience. These appliances use less water and energy compared to traditional models, leading to lower electricity and water bills. Additionally, their reduced resource consumption helps conserve water and energy, contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendlier lifestyle.


DO YOU HAVE WALK-IN CLOSETS?

At Amavida Marana Apartments, our one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans were designed with walk-in closets as well as additional indoor and outdoor storage areas.


WHAT ARE THE PET RESTRICTIONS?

We love our pets here at Amavida Marana Apartments and we allow up to 2 pets per home. There is a 50-pound weight limit, and aggressive breed restrictions apply. Please reach out to the team at Amavida Marana with any specific pet questions and we will be glad to assist you.


IS THERE A PET PARK?

Nestled in the heart of Amavida Marana Apartments there is a private pet park that offers an immense amount of space for your furry friends to enjoy. In addition to the exclusive pet park, we offer a pet washing station for your convenience.


HOW MANY PARKING SPACES WILL I HAVE?

Residents at Amavida Marana Apartments have the luxury of parking under their own carport. We offer each apartment home 1 covered space and an additional uncovered parking space. Private garages are also available for a minimal fee.
